Coins:

• Exchange Rate: 1,000 Coins = $1.00 USD
• Coins have no inherent cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly
• Coins can only be exchanged for products and services available through our withdrawal options
• Coin balances may be reduced due to chargebacks, fraud detection, or violations of these terms
• Negative coin balances must be repaid before withdrawals can be processed

Fragments:

• Fragments are earned at a rate of 0.5% of your personal coin earnings
• Fragments are NOT earned from referral commissions
• Fragments can be used for store items or special rewards
• Fragment conversion rates and uses may change at any time

Other Modifications:

• Earning Rates: Individual earning opportunities (offers, bonuses, daily rewards) may change as they are provided by third parties or at our discretion.
• Withdrawal Fees: We reserve the right to adjust withdrawal fees (fixed or percentage-based) at any time. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm your withdrawal, and you may choose to cancel if you do not agree with the fee amount.
• Fragments: Fragment conversion rates and uses may be modified at any time.
• Features: Platform features, bonuses, and earning methods may be added, modified, or removed.

Unverified Accounts:

• All withdrawal requests will be withheld pending manual administrator approval
• Processing times will be significantly longer
• Additional documentation may be required before processing

1. Offer Walls (Third-Party Providers):

• Each provider has its own terms of service that you must comply with
• Rewards are verified and issued by the third-party provider
• Providers may reverse rewards (chargebacks) if fraud is detected
• Providers may ban you from their platform for violations (see Offerwall Provider Bans section)
• We are not responsible for provider errors, delays, or bans

2. Daily Bonus:

• Worth 5% of the Coins you earn from offers that day (excluding gifts & referrals), up to a maximum of 250 Coins
• Resets at UTC midnight (00:00)
• Unlocks after you earn 500 Coins from offers that day, and can be claimed once per day — the amount is fixed at the moment you claim

3. Seven-Day Streak Bonus:

• Bonus awarded when you claim the daily bonus for 7 consecutive days
• Missed day resets the streak counter
• Bonus amount determined by administrators and subject to change
• Tracked using UTC timezone

4. Welcome Bonus:

• 100 Coins credited after a referred account earns its first 300 Coins from offers
• Not available for direct registrations without a referral code
• One-time per account
• Credited automatically once you've earned your first 300 Coins from offers

5. Luck Machine:

• Free daily spin available after earning 2,000 or more Coins in a single day through offers
• One spin per day maximum
• Prize tiers and odds are subject to change (see Luck Machine section)
• Eligibility resets at UTC midnight

6. Referral Program:

• Earn 10% commission on all Coins earned by users you refer (lifetime)
• Does not reduce the referred user's earnings
• See Referral Program section for full details

7. Bonus Codes:

• Redeem promotional codes for Coin rewards
• One redemption per code per user
• Non-transferable
• Codes may expire

Eligibility:

• You must earn 2,000 or more Coins in a single day (UTC) through offer completions to unlock your daily spin
• One spin per day maximum
• Eligibility resets at UTC midnight
• Daily bonuses and referral earnings do NOT count toward the 2,000 Coin requirement

Prize Tiers and Odds:

• COMMON (75 fragments): 70.35% chance (approximately 7 in 10)
• UNCOMMON (150 coins): 20% chance (1 in 5)
• RARE (300 coins): 5% chance (1 in 20)
• EPIC (500 coins): 3% chance (1 in 33.33)
• LEGENDARY (1,000 coins): 1% chance (1 in 100)
• MYTHIC (2,000 coins): 0.5% chance (1 in 200)

Each spin is guaranteed to result in one of these prizes. The COMMON tier is paid in Fragments; all other tiers are paid in Coins. The minimum prize amount is 75 Fragments.

Provably Fair System:

• The Luck Machine uses HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic hashing to ensure fairness
• Each spin uses a unique server seed combined with your user ID and timestamp
• You can verify the fairness of any spin on the /bonus/fairness page

Referral Codes:

• Each user receives a unique referral code upon account creation

• New users must use your referral link or code during registration

Prohibited Referral Activities:

• Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself (self-referral)
• Using multiple accounts within the same household to exploit referrals
• Using automated bots or scripts to generate fake referrals
• Falsely representing yourself as officially affiliated with cashfish.me
• Spamming referral links in violation of anti-spam laws or platform policies
• Impersonating other users or taking referral codes commonly used by content creators, YouTubers, or online celebrities

Max Offer Value Limit:

• New and unverified users have a maximum offer value limit of 4,000 Coins per offer
• Any single offer that awards more than your max offer value will be automatically withheld
• Withheld amounts do NOT count toward your available balance
• Verified and trusted users may have increased limits at administrator discretion

Hold Period:

• We reserve the right to hold withheld rewards for up to 90 days after offer completion
• Rewards may be released earlier based on account activity and trustworthiness
• Administrators will review withheld rewards on a case-by-case basis

Reasons for Permanent Withholding:

The following rewards will NOT be released:

• Offers that have high chargeback rates from the provider
• Offers flagged for fraudulent activity or abuse
• Rewards earned through violation of offer provider terms
• Rewards earned through use of VPNs, proxies, or emulators
• Rewards associated with banned or suspended accounts

Chargeback Process:

• Chargebacks are automatically deducted from your account balance
• Chargebacks may result in a negative balance
• You must repay any negative balance before withdrawals can be processed
• Chargeback amounts are determined by the offer provider, not cashfish.me
• You will see chargebacks reflected in your transaction history

Common Reasons for Chargebacks:

• Completing the same offer multiple times on different platforms
• Using VPN, proxy, or location spoofing tools to falsify your location
• Providing false information to surveys or offers
• Failing to meet offer requirements (e.g., uninstalling apps before required time period)
• Completing offers on behalf of other users
• Using emulators or virtual devices
• Rapidly completing offers in a suspicious pattern
• Provider-detected fraud or quality issues

Important:

• We have no control over provider chargeback decisions
• We cannot reverse, appeal, or refund chargebacks issued by providers
• Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent ban
• Chargebacks do not exempt you from other consequences, including offerwall bans

Provider Ban Policy:

• Providers may ban you from their platform for violations of their terms of service
• Bans are determined solely by the provider, not by cashfish.me
• Bans are typically permanent and cannot be appealed through cashfish.me
• Provider bans are independent of your cashfish.me account status
• We receive automated notifications when providers ban users

Consequences of Provider Bans:

• You will no longer see offers from the banned provider on cashfish.me
• You cannot earn Coins from that specific offerwall
• Your cashfish.me account may still access other offerwalls
• Bans from multiple providers may result in cashfish.me account restrictions

What We Cannot Do:

• We cannot reverse or appeal provider bans
• We cannot provide detailed reasons for provider bans (contact the provider directly)
• We cannot compensate you for lost earning opportunities from bans
• We cannot guarantee access to any specific offerwall

Integrated Providers:

• Earning Providers: Third-party survey and offer platforms (Theoremreach, Notik, TimeWall, SushiAds, Wannads, and others)
• Withdrawal Providers: Third-party payment processors for gift cards, PayPal, bank transfers, CashApp, cryptocurrency, and other digital payment methods
• Additional Services: Currency conversion, media hosting, authentication, and other supporting services

Your Responsibilities:

• Email verification completed
• No negative account balance
• No active account restrictions or bans

What We Will NOT Refund:

Consequences of Account Bans:

• Immediate loss of access to your account
• Forfeiture of all Coin and Fragment balances

• Cancellation of pending withdrawals
• Permanent ban from creating new accounts
• No compensation or refunds for banned accounts

Chat Restrictions:

Prohibited Chat Behavior:

• Harassing other users or making them feel unwelcome
• Toxicity, racism, discrimination, hate speech
• Advertising, spam, or excessive self-promotion
• Asking other users or staff for money (begging)
• Sharing pornographic, illegal, or deep web links
• Discussing political content
• Impersonating staff members or other users
• Sharing personal information of yourself or others
• Coordinating terms of service violations
• Excessive use of caps lock or spam characters

Profile Information Displayed:

• Display name (customizable)
• Profile picture (customizable)
• Earnings statistics and charts
• Referral count
• Account creation date
• Last online status
• User level and badges (if applicable)

Privacy Settings:

• You can set your profile to private to hide it from public view
• Private profiles are not accessible to other users
• Administrators always have access to full profile data regardless of privacy settings

Profile Customization:

• You may upload custom profile pictures (subject to content policy)
• Profile pictures must not contain nudity, violence, hate symbols, or illegal content
• You may customize your display name (subject to moderation)
• Display names must not impersonate staff or other users
• Inappropriate profile content may be removed without notice

Content Ownership:

Profile pictures and other content uploaded to cashfish.me:

• Are hosted on our third-party media provider
• Grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to host and display
• Must not violate copyright or intellectual property rights of others
• May be removed if they violate our content policy

Verification Procedures:

We may request that you complete anti-fraud procedures before funds are dispatched, including:

• Connection verification (proving consistent network usage)
• Device verification (confirming device identity)
• Network differentiation tests
• Identity documentation (government ID, proof of address)
• Selfie verification or video verification
• Email or phone verification

Automated Fraud Detection:

• Change verification requirements

• Change user interface, design, or functionality
• Modify these Terms of Service at any time

Notification of Changes:

• Immediate customer support responses
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Data accuracy or completeness

Downtime and Maintenance:

• Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur without notice
• Technical issues, server failures, or security incidents may cause downtime
• We are not liable for lost earning opportunities during downtime
• No compensation will be provided for service interruptions

• The USD value of Coins in your account balance at the time of the incident, OR
• $100 USD

Important: This limitation does NOT apply to liability arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, which remains unlimited as required by applicable law.

Consumer Protection:

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Where applicable consumer protection laws provide you with more favorable rights than these Terms, those mandatory provisions shall prevail.

Jurisdiction:

• Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence if permitted by applicable law
• We may bring proceedings in your country of residence if necessary to enforce these Terms

Survival:

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination of your account or these Terms shall survive, including but not limited to: ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
